Why's he not had a look in, and why are we seemingly planning without him? Is it his attitude? Seems like he would at least be a decent backup

I'm sure his attitude in training has been mentioned, by Heckingbottom. That said, I didn't really rate him from what I saw.

imho Lad's only very recently signed up to what Hecky & his staff could do for his career, if he applies himself I can see him featuring next season.

That's also known as the kiss of death for his career.

He is on a 3 year deal so he either needs to pull his finger out or we need to get rid

He was played at left back and I'm sure he's a cb. I'm not a joiner so if you wanted a door fitting properly then ask a joiner, I could attempt to fit a door but wouldn't be quite as good as if a joiner did it so it would be unfair to say I was ****. All I'm saying is we can give the lad a chance this season may work out may not.

He did a school visit at the end of the season & was interviewed & said the manager has told me what i need to do to get in the side, or words to that effect.

Similar positions taken with Moncur, who, to his credit, got his head down & worked, did everything he could to get in the side, wheras Kpekawa, IMO, doesn't have that in him, he can't be arsed & that is the one thing you cannot coach, he has to want to get better if he wants to play every week.

QPR failed to get anything from him & i fear we will be the same.

I've seen him play and I think he has great ability. I've never been good at mending cars. I hate tinkering about with spanners under the bonnet. The tall guy on Wheeler Dealer is a genius as far as I'm concerned. All I'm saying is I just think that the positions in the team were taken last season - but given the chance I think he should come good.

I'm sure Hecky will give him a clean slate.

We're light in terms of numbers so it having the likes of him and Lee pushing for places would be like having new players.

Out of interest what would you charge for fitting a door?

Did good and bad things in the short time he played for us.

Took too long to distribute the ball on several occasions which made him look worse than he actually is.

Great technical ability & vision though, just watch our goals vs Leeds A Villa H two fantastic assists from Cole

''Could do for his Career'' It was PH's fault. He signed a Tall centre back and then makes him a scapegoat by playing him at left back. How would people react if Roberts played at right back, Brighton away

Yes against knockfart he struggled but so do yids at times in the reverse fixture .
Les Ferdinand did say that they let him go because he hadn't progressed as they had expected .
Hopefully he is a late developer .
Not too late of course .

He can play both. Also played left back on loan at leyton orient. Has also admitted previously that although he prefers playing CB he thinks it will be easier to break through as a left back. More importantly if he doesnt want to play left back he probably shouldnt have signed for a club who wanted to play him at left back. Or do you think hecky kept that a secret when signing him?

He'd been training for a while at Centre back. Think he played against Barnsley at CB. It's more the Head Coach shouldn't have signed him to play Left back. The players will play wherever. A lot of players change position at 18/19. It's for the coaches to get them right for that. Ferdinand, Evra Savage Bale are all hight profile players that did it.

From the QPR website. They thought he was a left back.
A bit in the local press down there, from Les Ferdinand and Hasselbaink, about him needing to leave his comfort zone, and QPR, to progress his career.
I reckon there's a decent player in there, and trust Hecky and our coaching staff at u-23 to find him.

He didn't make him a "scapegoat" you little tinker. He played him in the position he had played for QPR and he wasn't quite up to it, and wasn't better than Roberts or McDonald for CB. His attitude for training needed to approve.

He's a very young lad with lots of potential. If he puts his head down, and is good enough, I'm sure he'll play.
