My uneducated guess: The Cryne family have decided not to sell, have freed up funds which couldn't/wouldn't be used whilst things were up in the air. I would also hope that other funding is being/has been sought.
That's the route I'd have gone down. Mr Cryne isn't daft - you don't get the money he has being an idiot. Might've realised that without an injection of funds to get fowk back on side he was fighting a losing battle and so was Keef. Or Keef has actually been saving all these pennies for 18 months just so he can get away with finishing 4th bottom.
