    Kieran Agard, steps down a division to join Bristol City.

    Evans beef seems to be that he's gone to Bristol City instead of Leeds. Agard apparently had bigger money offers from the Championship, than at Bristol City.

    I think stepping down a division for footballing reasons is commendable.
    Turning down Leeds in favour of a lower league team, is priceless.

    Good lad.

    Not one to defend him but he wasn't bleating he just couldn't understand why he chose bristol over leeds he genuinely thought he wouldn't choose to move to Bristol after they gave him permission to go there. Heard another bit of his interview and to paraphrase he said they didn't want players who aren't committed to the club. Much like we are saying now.

    is it me or does anyone else look at that bloke and think

    he is wearing Eyeliner all the time , a Cole pencil for the ladies on here ( and me and JLWBL)... a little black line either side of the eyes and he would look Egyptian... but I hope he never strips off into an ancient Egyptian kinda costume

    I take a dislike to Steve Evans.......an arrogant egotistical hot-head.

    Therefore when I hear him, I just (mentally) switch off.

    But just for the record, why would Steve Evans, as gaffer of Rovrum, have any concerns about a player choosing Brizzle City over Leeds scum? Its **** all to do with him.......

    Devante Cole coming to us in a way... he WILL get games with us, would he get as many in a Championship club. Danny Rose made a similar choice too.

    Not really, he hasn't signed permanent basis. I don't think Leeds would have been willing to pay almost a million pounds for him not to play in the first team, they aren't that big a club anymore. Perhaps he just wanted to move down South he's had a couple of clubs down that way.

    I was meaning that Cole may well have had choices for other sides, but he chose us as he probably thought he would get more games under his belt.
