    It could be because any manager with credentials won't touch us so we're left with dross and candidates who are in jobs.

    Because last time they went public when we were turned down. This time they will only go public on an appointment. Who knows we could have had a couple of rejections and keep having to start again.

    We took a fair time, when Driscoll, Butcher, were all in frame and it made us a laughing stock. It is more important to get the right man this time. Burton is doing a good job whilst this is in progress
