    Think it's all going to be a bit Poncy/Party

    Probably have some gobby DJ playing Abba, Meatloaf & Dolly Parton on the first floor. And that other stuff called 'Dirty Filthy Grotty Smelly Electro' on the other floors cos it's too cool for skool and all that.

    But you're right about the building, looks a million times better than it did.
