If youre willing to take the short drive to Hemsworth

Spice Garden on Crosshills is superb. Starters are freshly cooked and main courses really tasty plus plenty of choice.

    mmmm.

I must not have given them enough time to impress....

had one the other week, and it was utter garbage, they had a great big pot of source, and every curry I saw them make whilst I was waiting, all started with this sauce (which incidently made my curry (keema rogan josh) taste like a sundy afternoon mince and gravy...

Maybe just a bad one I got

    RE: mmmm.

I'm a vegetarian so I tend to judge takeaways on what vegetarian options they offer. The reason I like Khan's is that they do a lovely vegetable korma - I've never actually tried anything else! (Just so everyone knows I'm normally man enough to challenge something stronger than a korma but I do fancy one occassionally!).

    :D

It's unusual to get vegetable kormas even in sit down restaurants so I thought that was pretty cool...

A fairly busy location, lots of passing traffic, and plenty of houses/flats in the locality
