I seem to recall something like 80% of the profits from the playoffs goes straight to the Football League for equal division between all clubs in the 3 Divisions. not as profitable as you'd think.

Mr Shepherder was on radio suggesting that we could make owt up to £3-4 hundred thousand from play-off games. That wouldn't be the case if FL were getiing 80%.

 

We might shift a few flags and trinkets and tackle

and there's some dough from SKY I guess, but on ticket sales, particularly at the Millenium, I seem to recall that the take home is surprisingly low.
