    doesn't it shut at 5pm? but they usually stop selling at 4.30 pm

    But don't they usually stop selling match day tickets a bit before the kick off so they can send them to the turnstyles.

    In fact the turnstile tickets are sent down much earlier. That's why the box-office only has tickets on the back row of East late on match days.
