Be nice to give them a good send off been quite a memorable season in one way or another! Be nice if the little chavs would stay off thge pitch
RE: Be nice to give them a good send off Not a chance. The last home game of the season is the only one where I leave as soon as the final whistle is blown. Normally I wait for the crowd to clear a bit but at the last game, most are pillocking about on the pitch.
Is it just us I cant think of any other sides where it seems the last game of the season several hundred selfish morons think they have a right to break the law
the chelsea match..biggest gate of the season.....we got away quicker than i can remember....let the morons invade the pitch every match.....LOL
No chance at all First a big fat ugly mother will lift her uneducated kids over the wall. She'll then lift her flowered skirt up around her gut and try to climb over the wall as well. Once over, after falling down 3 times, she grabs her kids hands and start to run towards the players screaming and shouting her head off while trying not to lose the *** he's got in her mouth. Then it's a free for all for every other low life to run on the pitch. ENJOY.
Last game of season used to be a time when players walked around pitch showing their appreciation for the support they've had. They often threw their kit and even boots into the crowd. Nowadays, due to idiots who see the final whistle as a sign to invade the pitch, the players head staight for the tunnel and it's season over.
i hate the pitch invasion as a kid it was exciting i did it a couple of times now i dont see the point
We need to do something as fans to stop these Idiots from invading, This season the players have acheived so much they need applauding for this not getting jumped on by some 14 year old chavs.
well i used to run on but haven't for a bit now, i think we should maybe deploy more stewards around the ground or even take away the front rows if it's not going to be a sell out.
I Want To Know What Our Club Have Changed To Stop It Happening Hopefully they will do more than the usual of having a couple of jobsworth stewards standing around and some guy on the tanoy who will obviously be ignored, when telling people to stay off the pitch.
Wembley showed us exactly what needs to be done and it doesnt cost the earth cats cradle in front of the stands, perfectly safe in the event of an emergancy too.
i loved running on when i was a bit younger. but i agree with everyone else - are we the only club that invades the pitch at the end of the season when there is HARDLY anything to celebrate. fair enough chelsea or winning promotion.. what about at walsall away tho? loads of barnsley fans invaded the pitch there. i dunno what im getting at actually
Course it will happen. At least half of them will charge towards the opposition fans and start taunting, while the other half will be coaxing their equally braindead mates to join them on the pitch. They'll all then tell us it was 'about celebrating with the players' and that we're all a set of moaning Barstewards.
