    Hey Windy

Bought one of those Steppers today.... so instead of wine &BBS tonight, it's going to be music & stepping. (well for about 10 mins anyway!) (Y) (dancin)

    RE: Excellent.

Certainally does. My Saturday morning/ Sunday morning jogs are a distant memory, so I'm looking forward to having a good crack at this.... not sure if it's the same as the one you posted, but it's a Life Gear Twist stepper - £25 at Asda - bargain.
