Matt Murray Et al are creaming about? Something about Keith and personally abusing journalists. Can't find it online. Cheers
Not read it but I bet it isn't a complete anti-climax bearing no relation to Mr Murray's portrayal of it. Oh no.
Something definitely happened between him and Keith. Not sure what. No idea what's in the article - it's written by someone else at chron too apparently. Didn't Matt Murray used to be employed by chron, now he's just freelance?
Matt Murray made an article about Darbie Hill slagging off our fans and made a very good point of how Hill said Twitter users have empty lives so does that mean he thinks the same about his daughter? Doug O Kane made an even better article about how people at our club thought Hill was a bully, didn't make enough effort to get kids in the community involved, once rang up Matt Murray to swear down the phone at him, said Doug looks like someone who got bullied at school amongst other things. Basically a well written article letting us know what it must have been like for people to work around Keef not knowing if he'd be jovial one minute and biting your head off the next. He couldn't control our media like he could at Rochdale.
That sounds incredibly petty. I'll pick one up tomorrow and have a read. Does anyone know if there's truth in Keith banning him from the ground?
There was no mention of that. Sir Bobby in his column said he never had any disagreements with Keef, sent him a text after he'd been sacked and got a nice one back.

The whole back pages smack of pettiness and sticking the boot in. Headlines of 'Hill's daughter attacks Reds fans on Twitter, but don't users of the site have 'empty lives', Keith?', 'Hill became angry and sarcastic in run up to exit' and 'same old story'. One of the pictures of Flitcroft has a tag saying 'Flicker without his buddy Keith'. Apparently Keith took the piss out of Doug O'Kane, said he looked like Keyser Soze (haha) and a kid who got bullied at school (out of order). In summary 'Keith Hill was a bit of a lovely person'. Exclusive. Then one from Bobby saying there was no fall out.
What do you mean mate? As far as I can see Keith hill is a strong personality and has fallen out with a few journos, hardly surprising given some of the sh'te they write. He probably fell out with quite a few players too I suspect, hardly surprising given some of the sh'te they've served up. At the end of the day, my view is that Keith hill is pretty good at football management but he has been severely let down by the clubs amateur dealings in the transfer market which has compromised his position. The vaz te deal was the beginning of the end. He will go on to be successful at another club.
You think that Hill is good at football management? I suppose he is if you take away the fact he cannot manage to get many wins and he is about as pleasant a person as Crippen !
