    Cardiff would have to agree a fee with barnsley chairman Gordan Shepeard, BUT SOURCES CLOSE TO THE CLUB SAY THIS WOULD NOT BE A PFROBLEM,

    Does it mean,

    a. It would not be problem because he is not for sale
    or
    b. Barnsley could agree a fee with cardiff

    If we sell devaney am going to be fuming.
