Complete overhaul of the system needed

Turn westminster into a tourist attraction and move with the times.

Isn't it about time that they stayed in their constituency and linked up when needed via video which can be pretty damn secure and reliable in 2009. On the rare occasions that they do need to travel they use public transport for which they will have a pass. If public transport is as good as the government makes out then they'll be fine riding on it wont they.

    Good in theory...

But there'll be idiots on public transport who try to have a pop at them.

Gordon Brown is claiming for a second home, but as far as I was aware, a second home comes with the two most recent jobs he has had.

Why do they need second homes.

Buy up a block of flats in London and then let them all have a flat each.

These offices sound like busy places

With around £100k of wages only using about 200 quids worth of stationary and equipment over the course of a year. What are they all actually doing? Because it isnt writing is it
