    I’ve got a iPhone 14, this morning all my names attached to my messages are all mixed up……so if I’ve a message from Frank it’s coming up as Barry and so on…….ive had a look in settings but its bamboozled me……anyone know what to try next apart from a large hammer?

    I’ve had a not too dissimilar problem with my I phone SE so I did a hard reset ( do a search ) and it worked a treat

    It’s equivalent of trying to find the right contact after 18 pints and one eye but being sober as a judge o_O

    Soft reset, hard reset…….app closed down and still Jeff is showing as Barry and Linda as Bruce……..FML :D

    Take in in to one of those phone repair places if one is nearby. They can usually sort it if you can't do it yourself.
