When I bought my season ticket last year

    There were about 15 people queuing in the box office. Took about an hour. Every person that got served, they had to jump down from their stool, waddle into the back and return two minutes later with the booklets and spend 30 seconds getting back on the stool and getting comfortable. Then next person would go and same again, jump down, 2 minutes in the back and get comfy again. </p>

    Sounds like more of the same, when the tickets run out, its a 10 minute job to get more tickets to the turnstyles. Is it any wonder people get frustrated?!</p>
