You should alternate, this does however necessitate remembering which leg you finished with last time you walked.
it's a predicament. I think I've foolishly led with my right leg for many years now, but I think I balanced it out, by bending my left leg under me when doing a sliding tackle, I think that counts as 2 steps, if not more.
Its easy Tie a piece of string to your belt. When you finish walking, simply chalk mark the foot of the leg you've finished with and then you can start your next walk with the other leg. That first step should then include a manouvre that allows you to wipe the chalk mark off on the back of the other leg.
Its a reminder So that when you start to think 'why the **** am I carrying a piece of chalk around' you see the string and remember about the whole feckin thing you smart arse lovely person
Good response I thought it was obvious.</p> </p> However... is it a case of setting off with the opposite foot that you last used or do you alternate each time you set off irrespective of which foot you last used?</p>
