    Good goal the other week. But after the performance the other night and at Blackpool I still dont think he is good enough. I know he hasnt had much of a chance, but it is evident in the performances we have seen. I know Richards got knocked and look at him now. But he did show his ability in flashes and now he is finding the consistancy. I hope one day Im eating my words however we might never see.

    Much worse, but we had mostly played Parkin at Centre Half

    you could see that whn he played at Oakwell.
    just is disciplinry problems ment he left.

    Parkin was a quality centre half, I couldn't believe it when he wasn't in the team at the beginning of that disasterous season we went down. Parkin & Moggs together could have kept us a hell of a lot tighter at the back.

    Tommy must have something about him to have played for England U18, U19 and U20. Although we have not seen a great deal from him as yet. If we do bring in another forward I would loan him out.

    parkin probably played well cos he was always pissed up...better chance of clearing ball when your seeing two!!!
