    I looked and my first reaction was we were starting a week later than everybody else because we never get anything at loftus road and then I thought we wouldn't get anything at all in August. So for me 3 points yesterday was a positive.

    so forget the gloom and doom stuff I reckon we're up 3 points for august

    Thought we would get nowt in August.....but after yeserdays performance - I'm concerned !!!

    I thought we had the better of things against Coventry...........but they had Freddy Eastwood who made all the difference

    Away to QPR and Birmingham the reports from guys that were there said we played well

    But yesterday...............we were shockingly BAD !!!
    OK. like SD has said, there were two nervous teams out there..........but if Derby had Eastwood we would have lost 0-6

    Football is mostly about confidence, and ok that win yesterday may have boosted ours.......but clubs in the Championship (even Derby were) are looked at Barnsley as the leagues wipping boys, so their confidence from the start is going to be high, while I fear ours is very very fragile
    We definitly need a few wins on the bounce

    After yesterdays performance I think it may take a few weeks or even months for us to get going
    Thats unless the injured JCR and De Silva make a difference

    Yesterday the players looked frightened of making a mistake

    in case the manager blamed everything on them as an individual after his recent comments doing just that. Thats how it looked to me anyway.

    Really? Nothing to do with the fact the crowd might jump on their back or their confidence was low after losing 4 on the bounce?

    So by that same token it means they'll be playing free flowing football with smiles on their faces against Blackpool because he praised them?

    Think the Davey hatred has got out of hand there mate.

    Good shout

    Was always gonna be a tough start.
    Think we'll get one over Cardiff (long overdue), but by the same token, Blackpool long overdue some luck against us. We'll be reyt!

    manager blames everything on the players making individual errors

    next game none of the players want the ball. hmm....
