I see from the accounts that we paid £80,000 'directors remuneration' in the year to 31/5/12, a rise from £62,750 the year before. I have been told a few times that Don is the only paid director and Barry Taylor doesn't actually get any money for his 'job'. Did Don get the job part way through the year or has he had a quite substantial pay rise? Or is it something else?
