When was last time a team came to Oakwell and played a defensive system?

Most teams get stuck in and have a go at us and it works, yet we try to grind results away from home.

The mentality of the team needs changing, the players look like they don't believe they can control a game. Waiting for that lucky break isn't the way
I want to spend the season watching from the stands.

I want someone with to stand up and take control of our team/club, be it the Manager, Captain or Owner!
