How many 'fans' are going to stay with the team and manager in Lg One (and this manager should still be Flicker & his team by the way). How many positive rose tinted idiots (who wont accept a single bad word against the club) will admit they just might have been wrong after all ? (these are usually the morons who loved Simon Davey and Keith Hill, and wouldnt hear a bad word against either of them) I DONT WANT US TO GO DOWN... but Im not too positive about us staying up and this has happened since the Charlton & Derby games.
I'll be there what ever division we're in but until it's all over I will be positive and and carry on thinking we'll stay up!!
I'm usually pretty optimistic, but unfortunately I think we're done for. Every scenario I play out in my head involves us going down on 55 points on goal difference. Ridiculous situation but I honestly think that is how it will work out. Would love to be wrong of course! Like many others though, it's not relegation that really worries me, it's losing Flicker and his assistants. With them I have no doubt that if the worst happens we will bounce back at the first attempt.
Why are you attacking fans sloppy? Do you think referring to 'fans' as 'rose tinted idiots' is helpful? I think there's an opening in the marketing department at the moment. You should go for it
Well next season we will go from 8,000+ at home to between 6,000 and 7,000, it's sad, because this team needs backing to do well I bet we will nearly be outnumberd by Hull fans Saturday. I honestly think we are done for, our goal difference is too bad I can't see Peterborough loosing at home and if we don't beat Hull we need a six+ goal turn around to stay up.
I reckon you might be right even if we're in L1. Hopefully we will be near the top of the league which should mean larger crowds even if it is a league lower. We are staying up though.
Eh ? So you're having a go at as yet unidentified people (who may not even take the course of action you outline) over an event that may not occur and other people who back the club irrespective ? You need a w@nk or summat mate.
I also think we'll go down, but it hasn't happened yet, and whilst there's still a possibility of us staying up, we should remain positive and say IF.
There are 3 teams all on 51 points at the moment, only two of them can go down with Bristol, we've as much chance as anybody else at staying up so it's not all over until fulltime against Huddersfield for me.
Have to question your logic there mate, as our awful goal difference means we if all three teams pick up identical results, it will be us that drop - so actually the others have a better chance of staying up surely?
hudds have a far worse goal diff than us? or dont you look at the table? i'm convinced that it will come down to match v hudds on last day? its us or them?.....so for gods sake please all you doom and gloomers for f@@ks sake please stay away from oakwell on sat and from the galpharm (or whatever its called now.....dump) on last day? what we need now is optimistic loyal fans who can promote a sense of confidence in the lads? NOT moaners and tossers who drain that very same confidence?
It sounds like you have deserted them already. Calling your fellow fans morons & idiots for getting behind their club and having a bit of belief? I hope you're not watching my back in a crisis pal. Balls like peas. Crap post.
I shall stick with us if we go down. I will try and cling onto any slight positive of being back in that league. Like the chance to go to Colchester and cross off another old/new ground double off my list.
Peterborough and Wolves have got as bad if not worse run in than we have i believe, just gotta think positive about the situation.
