    Short term fixes...

    It seems that change is all that counts - short term fixes that have casued us long term problems. Our board is tactical at best never strategic. We had a good direction that just needed a bit more refining not a major overhaul - when the f*ck will our club learn.

    I just hope that the board has some amazing plan in place (doesn't make what they did to Ritchie right though!!)
