    I just take a printout of the email they send you. Never been asked for ID

    Take the card you used to purchase the ticket with.

    That's what they've asked for in the past.

    I have just bought two for mate and his son , will I have to pick tickets up or can he pick them up with my details

    I always pick tickets up and every single time I give my surname and they ask for the first line of my address. I've never been asked anything different. I'm not sure if it will be different because of it being all ticket though.
