    please don't just reply Monk Bretton?

    As I am doing Performing Arts, I have been given a ticket for tonights' performance of the Mystery Play and don't know where or how to get there so would appreciate it if anyone could give me directions. We have to make our own way there and back.


    Do we go past Oakwell and the Riding School toward Lundwood?

    Yep head past Oakwell and the riding school until you come to Cundy Cross Roundabout. Take 2nd exit towards Lundwood, then take immediate right down past the chip shop

    I lived in Monk Bretton and before been forced to move to Manchester.

    Coming from Oakwell It’s the 3rd turn isn’t it down towards Stairfoot roundabout? Then the car park is opposite the Mill of the Black Monk not far down the road on the left? Had a meal at the Mill of the Black Monk last night as I had a rare weekend away from the girlfriend with the family. Enjoyed been back with the boys.
