I hope Davey has taken a long hard look at this.

If you ran a business which was completely indept in one department then I would expect that business to invest a lot of time trying to rectify the situation.

I only managed to see a handful of away games last season but where do you think we went wrong.

From what I could see we weren't positive enough - it appeared to me that we were trying to play it tight and nick a point or all three. When we went one down there didn't seem any system in place to deal with the contingency. Apart from putting three strikers on, which never really seemed to work.

one away game that i went to, Sheff u a think, we had 4 strikers on the bench, Nardiello, Mossto, Stan and Coulsen, why do wer need so many on the bench???

Success breeds success... I think after a few bad away games there may have been a lack of confidence, as too many players seemed to underperform in the away matches i saw.

The summer break is an opportunity for a clean break from last season's failings away from Oakwell, I hope the players make a good go of it (and Davey sets them out so they stand a chance)!

    Too defensive

We went for damage limitation as Davey didn;t have the confidence in the team to take the game to the oposition away from home. Hopefuly with new signings this will change.

What I would say us that it was noticable at the end of the season against Preston and Watford that we were much more positive and came away with a result.

I'm sure he, the coaching staff and the playerds are aware they need to improve away from home dramatically. I have faith things will be better this season.

I thought at times we were two positive, the performances at the two Sheffield clubs for instance were no different to the Watford and Preston games apart from getting the breaks.

How can we expect the new signings to make such a difference

1 decent player, one who is unllikely to be a regular and two untried unknowns. The jury is still out.
