Where do ITV get their commentators?

Just watched the highlights of the Rangers game, and along with the Man Utd - Barca semi, I've gotta say, ITV have the worst set of commentators ever. They simply haven't got a clue.

As for his reaction to Cousins sending off, what a muppet. He goes on about his stupidity etc but doesn't mention he hardly brushes him with the lad going down quicker than Drogba.
