    Did anyone find out why Clayton McDonald got cleared, when both him & Ched had sex with the girl?

    Wasn't the argument that she was too drunk to consent and was seen on CCTV staggering about etc?

    Surely if she was too drunk to consent to have sex with Evans, she was also with McDonald?

    Mind you, most blokes in Rebeccas and Whispers could have been convicted on the same basis back in the 80's.
