    The last I heard s few weeks back from Hecko was that he was back at the club but was not training with first team as he was well behind in fitness terms, given he'd only recently had his op

    By fit, i meant not injured. I understand hes way behind in terms of match fitness etc. Surely this is the perfect time for him to be getting that fitness though?

    Wasn't that back in March / April? I was hoping he'd be fit to be in the squad at least by the time the season kicks off but that looks unlikely now.

    I'll be very surprised if he plays for us ever again. Feel sorry for him though, his physical health must be very demoralising for him.
