Shepherd out? Ritchie out? I really think we're running out of people to blame now. It's a bloody mess with sign of a way out. The more you look at it the only way is down unless something drastic is done but just what is beyond me. Bet Dave Allen isn't chasing Ritchie now!
To be fair to Ritchie we are playing decent football. I reckon we need someone more prolific up front and a sturdy old head at the back. What's worrying is that the season is moving along and we're in downfall at the moment - maybe the player's confidence has ebbed away?

I presume AR & GS know that so why don't they do something about it? Now let's assume they have been worling thir b*llocks of behind th scenes to sign players. Well howzabout they come clean and tell us who they havetried for and wy they haven't appeared. At least that way we'd know the've tried and might just feel a little more sympathy instead of this increasing sense of frustration that's spreading through the club!
