Keane. No interest in cricket whatsoever. Although no interest in Mancs United or City. So neither then unless I get either for Christmas.
I'd like to read them both but more so KPs. Very telling that higher ups such as Michael Vaughan have backed his claims. Alot of jealousy towards him in the dressing room for being better than his team mates.
Simon Jordan. I'm no regular reader, but that is probably the best I've read. Tony Cascarino's was also very good. Recently read Zlatan's too, and enjoyed it, but don't think many would call it a classic by any means.
Assuming you are talking about Stephen Fry. First section of the book is padded by a recap of previous two volumes of memoirs, second part is original material, third part is transcribed directly from his 1994 (?) diary and is massively dull. Thankfully I only shelled out 2.99 for the Kindle edition.
Might give it a miss then. Enjoyed the first two, although the first was better than the second. He clearly took more time and put more care in to the first.
Yep - happy to admit that his first is one of the finest books I've ever read. If you've got a Kindle or other e-book reader then I'd say the new one is worth what I paid for it but I wouldn't be shelling out £10-£20 for a hardback edition - it's like a phoned in version of the last lot of memoirs. A few good anecdotes but nowt else.
Morrisey's is supposed to be awesome - just tells all about everyone. Eric Clapton's autobiography is just tragic. I mean really sad read. Upsetting at points. I read an unofficial one about Led Zeppelin that was just incredible.
Re: have you read SOOPER John Henry's auto... The Liverpool owner? No interest at all in that I'm afraid DT
