    aren't allowed to go past 10 pm because the floodlights shine straight into the nearby houses.

    Ao any cup game has to kick off an hour early in case it goes to extra time

    How long ago was that ban in place? I worked at Stockport College between 1987 and 1995 and they certainly had mid week floodlit matches during my time there. I had a good view of the ground from my Department in Greek Street. </p>

    At one time they played all their Home game on Friday nights to avoid clashing with United and City Home games.</p>
