Keith Hill says he wants more physical player in the team and a bit of height. Hes got it for me.

Apparently we're tracking these two.... young German defenders who can play anywhere across the back. No idea what they're like.

    Bastian Oczipka (Frankfurt)

    Danny Da Costa (Bayer Leverkusen)

My knowledge of German football is limited (as indeed my knowledge of football in general) but I would take a look at Wulf-Dieter Hubschrauber and/or Helmut Papierdrachen. Both former U21 internationals and very good in the air. Hubschrauber in particular is renowned for his ability to appear to hang in the air when challenging for high balls.

I believe he was but at that young age he kept getting in a spin under pressure. He also reputedly spent a lot of time hovering about some undesirable areas, until his career took off.
