    He thinks that the laws of the game will have to be changed. Well as what Morgan did WAS a sending off offence is he saying that it should be changed so it ISNT?

    Not listening so dont know exactly what he has said, but methinks it could be this yellow card cant be upgraded to a red card rule

    They can though, and have in the past

    Under the present set of rules that elbow SHOULD have been a ban, there is no rule change possible that would affect what has happened

    Cos they saw that as exceptional circumstances. Dont ask

    I think deep down the FA dont wanna upset Sheff Utd again after the Tevez saga
