Which School and University did this judge go to?

    Well he is 59

    I suspect very few schools and Universities covered the internet when he was attending around 40 years ago.

    A better question though is how anyone can be in his position and not have even the faintest grasp of what a website is.

    Hope we get him if we are ever taken to court by the FA for someone posting a URL to a website in the public domainwhich is hosting copywrite material such as streaming video or using an audio ram
