A good ars* kicking by Wolves on Saturdy to force Ritchie into the loan market or 3 points to move us up to mid-table and enable Ritchie to trot out "I told you things weren't so bad didn't I" and forget about bringing anyone in for a month or two.
RE: there is never never a time to wish a loss on your team -end of story nt I'm not, wishing for a defeat and never will. Ideally I'd love us to hammer Wolves AND get in whatever players we need but something needs to happen to galvanise AR & GS into action before it's too late.
But....... if we beat Wolves we will be three points nearer staying up and won't need a loan signing as badly as before. Plus Burnley might just be a one off. If we carry on losing leads badly that would be different.
Simple - 3 points please Dont see how another defeat will help at all I am fairly sure AR despite what he says knows the status of the defence and will bring in the right player if he can find him and afford him. a panic loan of the wrong player wont help anyone
So "Harry" what do you think Would you have prefered us to lose to force Ritchie to bring someone in, or do you think the players responding magnificently is actually better in the long run. Just wondering
