We're into the new season with virtually the same defence. Seems Foster and McNulty will be the preferred partnership with Cranie as back up. A young lad at RB and the same LB as last season. Rather than stock piling midfielders this summer we should've been getting a new back 4.

My choice would be Mcnulty and Cranie

Playing Wiseman at CB today was foolish. Cranie's been training with Leeds all summer?! The decker should be starting, not coming on when the damage has been done.

As much as I love Foster, he is back up at best. Should be Mcnulty and Cranie. Stones and Golbourne at full back, and Wiseman should be on the bench at Stocksbridge!

foster not good enough, wasn't last season so was never going to be good enough this season.

Honestly dont think hassell is quick enough. Im not saying he's **** but its a fact that he was never the fastest and hes got slower

Totally agree, Foster must now be replaced and used only as back up. McNulty and Cranie would be my preferred partnership. BFC have have not had a solid CB since Arjan back in the late nineties. Shackle was the only other that came close. We've always neglected this position over the years hoping that we can get by without any success.
