White working class kids under performing...........racist remark by BBC

    Yes of course. There was a phone in on radio 5 a few months ago about black kids and absenteeism or expulsions at school (can't remember which). Its not racist to report stories about any group in society.

    For years it was Afro-Caribbean boys that were under performing - I did my dissertation on it at college.
