apparently according to the Pikeys I see our resident BFC fan Whitey has been slagging us off , calling us Tinpot after being all nicey nicey on here....Tosspot. oh and apparently we are obsessed by them and become all Bertie big ******** because we get slightly bigger attendances than them! Funny but it was different when that Filo was on here every other day when they were on the way up
As someone else mentioned, look back over about 50 years and we've always had much higher attendances. Its them and their bandwagoners that brought the two closer but they all seem to be deserting the sinking ship again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
We're also apparently jealous of the fact that they played "better football" than us in the Championship. Didn't get them all that far did it. As someone who has only supported the club since the late 90s/early 00s I see them as more of a friendly rival, not one to get worked up, aggressive or bitter about. Some of the Rovers fans on their forum are absolutely fuming about us though. What have we ever done to them (apart from be bigger and better than them in just about every department since both clubs were formed)

I've posted on their forum a handful of times in the last year or two, and always been polite and posted constructively in threads related to BFC. I admit that my contributions on there haven't included me calling them tinpot, or general immature nonsense. That'd be like walking into one of their pubs and doing the same. But this is my pub, my local, and I'm calling em tinpot because, well, they kind of ******* are aren't they? *DISCLAIMER* They did once play attractive football when relegated one year or summat. I'm resisting the urge to pop over to Viking Chat. Are they the Vikings, is that their nickname? New one on me. I am a tosspot among other things though so I might go over and call em tinpot.
