Meant time to get off there forum. Can't reason with someone who best comeback is about education, fingers or whatever. There just slum living morons I'd guess. Don't think half of the people who comment are in a position to on there forum.
Agreed RED......you're always gunna be fighting a battle that's impossible to win, albeit you do wind a few of em up, which is fair play. I've gotta say, I'm a BFC fan and stick to the BBS......I don't f@nny about on other forums or support other teams.
I cannot believe how balanced that video was. I mean, you must have been wanting to stick some anti- Wednesday propaganda in there, but you didn't you played it straight down the line. And did they appreciate it for what it was, did they ballocks.
Look a reeeght set of tosspots on the Wednesday forum, imho. I think Whitey let them off easy, tbh. He could have laid into them a lot more after that load of abuse. Well they are MASSIVE aren't they? Well done Whitey for taking the upper ground, you've gone up a couple up steps in my estimation, but next time give it to 'em.
They have other sections of the forum. Lots of them actually, covering all kinds of things that I find interesting, and I read those and converse with plenty of Owls and it's always reasonable. But in the matchday section, which seems to be populated in the main by youths, it's often very angry. And I know full well when posting that I'll receive stick. But I play it with a straight bat. It's quite amusing. I don't take it at all seriously. I suggest anyone reading my posts on there does so knowing my tongue is firmly in my cheek. Remember that Caskey fella from Brighton who came on here? We all gave him what for didn't we? So it's only the same. The slight difference being I don't intentionally wind them up, it just happens. I go on there genuinely to debate something, share something and I still get stick. As I said to them, they need a hate figure at times and I fill that void.
I don't go on there to win battles. But yes I do go on other forums. Lots of them. I enjoy it. Each to their own etc. I know plenty on here who do. In fact, I know two lads on here who also post on Owlstalk, but incognito. It's harmless fun, for a week each season before we play each other. And I know lots of reds fans who follow another team, or watch other games etc. Again, it's harmless. I don't like rapists but I didn't feel I needed to mention that.... oops.
The temptation to take the piss with that video was high. Seriously. I very nearly typed deedar basterds at the end. But swapped it for my twitter account. I wanted to be decent about it. They weren't grateful though. Bless.
