Someone posted on twitter he fell out with someone and lost dressing room. Assume that could have been Perkins before he moved, paddy, Frimpong, Shea? Must have been someone he released straight away.
Did think that but then he seems to have said hassle left because he wanted guaranteed first team football and they couldn't guarantee that. Whatever or whoever it sounds a clear out was def the best thing for the club.
does it really matter ... no really does it why are you instigating a witch hunt ? the clearance has been huge , so therefore it could have been any one of them. But again does it matter anymore. We are moving on, re-building, shall we just embrace that and be glad.
Re: does it really matter ... no really does it I'm wondering because someone posted on twitter that danny mentioned it. I want to know, out of interest, whether it is a) true and b) if anyone knows who it was. It's called being intrigued. That's not a witch hunt. Thanks for contributing and I take your comments on board.
point taken fella I get where you are coming from. Personally for me its history... lets look forwards
Yeah, most likely. Although be surprised if that would lose danny the dressing room. Was hardly the most central of characters. Or so it seemed from the outside. The likes of COG, Steele, Craine, o'brien, ramage surely would be central to not losing the dressing room? And danny wanted to keep them. Seems odd for a manager to admit losing the dressing room.
I don't think that would be the only factor, I'd say that rather than losing the dressing room in the traditional sense he lost it to the losing mentality and the spineless, defeatist attitude that was prevalent in too many of our squad.
That would make a lot more sense. Anyways. I'll put my pitch fork away. I've had me my bit of rabble rousing fun.
Re: Pretty much all bar Steele & Ramage danny said nothing to suggest anything was aimed at any individuals. it was a general comment, about him having tough words with many players. which is hardly surprising, given they were all fcukin w&nk. nothing more to see here..
Slightly off topic. I know I'm a big Bobby fan but I wouldn't have thought that was the case, surely? Has Danny said that tonight?
yes. hardly a revelation though, is it? he hasn't had regular 1st team football for the last 4 seasons
Hmm, I suppose it depends on the definition of 'guaranteed first team football'. Can't imagine he's walked into Danny's office and said, "Yes, I'll sign but I want to play EVERY week".
Sorry, yes, just checked twitter and that seems to be the case. I find that strange if I'm being perfectly honest.
There was nothing said about losing the dressing room. He said there were arguments, which having seen the displays, I can understand.
