    I agree with you, got to be a first.</p>

    There will be an initial improvement in their results whether that can be sustained is a differnt matter.</p>

    Mick McCarthy at Sunderland , they didnt win another game that season.

    Gary Megson in at Forest , he took them down.</p>

    Ourselves with Steve Parkin , it didnt help us.</p>

    If changing a manager gauranteed results teams would change every week.</p>

    I thought statistically the new manager syndrome was not true.

    That is, there isn't generally an improvement.
