Who do you want?

Why is it whenever we are linked to a player the fans on here find a reason not to sign him instead of a positive to sign him.The club is slated when they are linked with lower league players then the same fans complain when the said players sign for one of our rivals."We want experianced players" say our fans then when we are linked with theses type of players the same fans are saying hes past it or not good enough.Really what do you want.

I'd have players like Horsfield personally with maybe one or 2 from lower leagues i.e Williamson. Mattis is from too low down for me to believe he'll make any impact though.</p>

 

He's not from as low down as Eastwood came from though. People at that level are always a gamble, but for 25k, to be a squad player, its not a massive gamble as his wages wouldn't be as high as people like Healy.

 

all we want are some proven championship quality players namely two defenders, two midfielders and a striker plus if we are very lucky someone to challenge colgan...aint gonna happen though is it?? two million my arse

He was offloaded as a kid because of the fact he lived in a caravan, or summat like that.</p>

Eastwood only signed for Southend for the fact that he could hitch his caravan up nearby.</p>

Mattis has already had attempts at higher league football and failed and he's not that young where he'll show a great deal of improvement imho.</p>

I think all 4 are realistic targets and if we want to atay in this division then it's proven championship experience that we need.

 

would be great to see a team like that again,not with this team though
