Does anyone know if Brown has been credited it for actually creating it of if Dougall gets it for accidentally miscontrolling it before Woodrow smashed it home
Don't know where stats like that are recorded at our level. In the top leagues it comes up on live score app. I suppose it's Dougall as he helped the ball onto Woodrow even though it was accidentally.
I thought it was a brilliant bit of teeing up by Dougall. The way he left his leg trailing like that, knowing the ball would strike his heel and pop up nicely for Cauley to smash it in. Another cracking team goal.
Stunning football, again. To be honest though, had I been there in my usual half way line seat, I would have been getting a bit impatient after the 15th or so pass. Just goes to show that it pays to sit and watch this team and see what the end product will be. We seem to be making a habit of these long passing moves that end up with a shot on target, and often a goal. Now if we could only get our right back to sign up to this philosophy as well . I love the way he barges through players but he simply HAS to start looking up when he gets close to the opposition penalty area. We might have had five or six yesterday if he had. He must have been thinking back to that cracker he scored the last time we played them.
Last time we played Rochdale, Potts scored & Moore got a hat-trick.Are you thinking of the Scunny game when Cavaré scored?
