Bearing in mind how weve fared against them in the previous four games. I certainly would have been happy to come away with a draw. Was anyone CONFIDENT (not hopeful) of a win yesterday?
for the last few weeks id been hopeful but walking up to the ground both me and my son said we thought donny would win by booting it in the air
Aye, well they are a city after all. An they've got an airport. Didn't stand a chance...
i wasnt confident, but the manner of the defeat was pathetic. what they have to do now is come out fighting
no but thats not the point... Again we showed a massive lack of passion. only hassle wanted the ball or did anything that looked like he wanted to fight. We were outfought yet again by this low set of **** lickers. By a team of reserves again (apart from the odd one or 2) But, one thing that completely amazes me, is the fact that ritchie said we ought to have faith in the squad that we have, and again missed out on a player, who incedently played for them yesterday, was head and shoulders above everyone else and completely ruled the game from kick off to the end. Horlock, says it all. All I wanted was a bit of a fight, and if we lost then fair enough, but for some reason, no bugger wants to scrap against these at all
