    If you are paid monthly, you are getting robbed and are paying to come to work on that day. Time to put a sickie in methinks.

    Why?

    You get paid the same each month....so Feb being a shorter month than the others you owe them!

    Anyway....just been thrown on sick by the doc for rest of week so I'm sorted....I'll miss tonights game though.

    But Feb is still a shorter month....yet you get paid the same for that as you do for July for example.

    And you still work Mon-Fri. (Assuming that you do Mon-Fri)

    Surely you get paid a hourly rate? They have to pay you for the amount of hours you work in the month. If not youre at the wrong firm.
