I ordered mine on the first day of general sale. Getting worried as it's only 4 weeks away.

I wouldn't be concerned unless it hadn't arrived four days before the match. However that's me: I don't panic.

I've moved to a new build address so the odd bits of post don't seem to arrive because they can't seem to find us. Hence the slight bit of distress.

That's not the point though is it?

If you ordered a Christmas present from Amazon for your kids at the beginning of November and paid an extra £4.80 on top of the presents price for Amazon to process and dispatch your kids must have present within three working days would you not feel you have been absolutely ripped off if almost a month later you were still waiting?

Would you be getting a bit of a squeeky bum wondering whether your present is ever going to arrive and worrying about what you're going to do if it arrives and it is faulty or incorrect and needs returning and another posting out?

To be honest, Ticketmaster (via Barnsley FC) have advertised dispatch within 3 days and customers have paid for that. They should actually refund part of the booking or posting fee as in my opinion

That depends upon who you are, where you are and what other arrangements you might have to make once you get your tickets plus any other indirect issues that may end up making life difficult for you.

no amount o stressing about it is going to make them arrive any quicker though, is it? i don't see the point worrying about it until a week or so before the match. granted, if people are travelling days/weeks in advance, then they need the tickets before they do. i'm guessing there's not many of them though..

I don't think ours have arrived yet, at least our kid hasn't said if they have.

I'm not stressing personally. If they dont turn up then one way or another I would be getting in to Wembley stadium even if that meant going live on sky sports and slagging off the face, Barnsley FC and Ticketmaster but I very much doubt that's likely to happen anyway. But I can see why some people who are natural worriers would be getting a bit worried and why others with differing circumstances may need them early. I can also see why people are getting annoyed more than worried as there will be a lot of people who have bought tickets for other people who are probably now getting asked the questions of 'are my tickets here yet?' or are realising that meeting up and giving their tickets to each other is now going to be a bigger pain than it should be.

Not bothering me personally but can see why it does others. Definitely do think that collectively Ticketmaster and bfc have failed though

There wouldn't be half the angst about it, if it wasn't for the booking fees. They've really added up for those buying multiple tickets. The fees give the impression that a better service has been paid for.
