The Boo Radleys The most unique and exciting band of the 90's. They released 7 great albums but people only remember them as the band who had the song about "waking up" and something about "boo"... which is a shame. Can anyone here even name any of their other songs? :S without using Google (or any other search engine) obviously!
Biggest selling band of the 80's not to have a number one. Unfunny and factually incorrect again. At least you're consistent.

they are.. what about the other albums? people only know the verve for one album, when in my opinion there other albums are equally as impressive..
RE: The Boo Radleys You probably haven't heard their last five albums then, huh?! Only the first two are what you would call "shoegazing"... and in fact, they're my least favourite ones. The thing that I always liked about the Boos is that they were never afraid to experiment... and unfortunately, that's probably why their records didn't sell very well in the end. Creation Records wanted them to make another album that sounded like "Wake Up!" (because it was a commercial success) but the Boos made a more noisy album that obviously scared off the first generation of the txt-spk people, and Alan McGee (the ex-Creation Records boss) still hasn't forgiven the Boos for that. So, in my opinion, The Boo Radleys were the best band of the decade, easily.
10cc without a doubt, followed by Echo and the Bunnymen, never got the recognition they fully deserved
RE: The Boo Radleys Nice one. That song was never released on any of their albums, so it's a bit of a rarity too.
