Butterfield brings creativity but we concede goals Perkins gives us defensive cover and brakes up attacks. Drinkwater gives us everything you'd expect a central midfielder to give.

I prefer it when we play all three together.

With O'Brien, Davies & Vaz Te as the front three.

Butterfield plays in a forward position not centre midfied but I do agree with you, in my opinion we are too weak with Butterfield in centre midfied.

I think the three compliment one another very well

A bad forty five minutes hasn't suddenly turned our midfielders into poor performers. Also, O'Brien's been playing superbly this season (both going forward and defensively) and for the first time in years, we appear to have two lads up front scoring for fun.

Agree with BigLil.. we are better with the three, who compliment each other nicely. My only worry is the lack of height. And if Drinkwater is out for Wet Spam, we should play Bob or Miles in there. They have got Papa Diop after all..
We can play the 442, and with Jacob, but only against certain teams. We managed it against Senegal and Peterbro.
I dont advocate mass changes, to what has been a successful team

That's my point Butterfield he has to be played to his strengths where he can hurt teams.

Perkins and Drinkwater with Butts giving us the creativity. I'd love to see us sign Drinkwater permanently.
