Who thinks Andy Ritchie should get a new contract?

    I agree

    I think we should give Andy Ritchie and Rick Holden new contracts and let them continue to develop the team for the future.

    taking abit far but should be given one until the end of next season.

    Give him at least three years. Allow him to bring in extra coaching staff should he so wish. Make money available to strengthen the squad. Keep him happy - he's done well, and one bad defeat, away from home, with 10 men, against a team who spent £3million on one striker, doesn't change that.

    Don't see the point

    Not worth the paper they are printed on, if someone else came in for him he could still go and we could still sack him (except we'd have to pay compensation)

    Just have him on a rolling 12 month deal instead - that would be good enough

    Yeah i agree he is just what we need to strengthen the team. Sure he learned alot tonight watching the Manchester City game live at the stadium.

    I dont see why all mangers contracts aren't rolling contracts.
