    We were getting smacked all over the place 0-6, 7-0 , 5-0 - okay we had a couple of good results but we were rooted to the bottom? </p>

    Ritchie is a different situation - it seems that he has lost the support of the chairman - or at least they are not singing from the same hymn sheet. That is a problem which needs to be resolved very quickly or he has to go
